The Mendability brand includes the words, phrases, symbols and designs that are associated with Mendability and the services Mendability provides.

Do

  • Keep enough space around Mendability brand assets so they appear clean and uncluttered
  • Follow other Mendability terms and policies

Don’t

  • Use the Mendability brand in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship or endorsement
  • Combine any part of the Mendability brand with your name, marks or generic terms
  • Use trademarks, names, domain names, logos or other content that imitates or could be confused with Mendability
  • Present Mendability in a way that makes it the most distinctive or prominent feature of what you’re creating
  • Use any icons, images or trademarks to represent Mendability other than what is provided to you by the Mendability home office
  • Assert rights over the Mendability brand whether by trademark registration, domain name registration or anything else
  • Feature Mendability on materials associated with pornography, illegal activities, or other materials that violate the Mendability Terms
  • Modify Mendability brand assets in any way, such as by changing the design or color

Merchandizing

Mendability doesn’t permit or license its trademarks, logos or other intellectual property for use on merchandise or other products such as clothing, hats or mugs.

Online

Do:

  • Follow the general do’s and don’ts
  • Only use the Mendability logo to refer to:
    • Your presence on Mendability
    • Your implementation of Mendability on your website
    • Your product’s integration with Mendability, such as ‘For use with Mendability’
    • Content that originates from Mendability
  • Include a clear call to action that communicates your use of Mendability
  • Use the version of the logo that comes with a blue disc on white or light colored backgrounds
  • Use the version of the logo that comes on a white box on blue or dark colored backgrounds

Don’t:

  • Modify the Mendability logo in any way, such as by changing the design or color.

Print and Packaging

Do:

  • Follow the general do’s and don’ts
  • Only use the Mendability logo to refer to:
    • Your presence on Mendability
    • Your implementation of Mendability on your website
    • Your product’s integration with Mendability, such as ‘For use with Mendability’
    • Content that originates from Mendability
  • Include a clear call to action that communicates your use of Mendability, unless the Mendability logo is side-by-side with other social media logos
  • Use the version of the logo that comes with a blue box on white or light colored backgrounds
  • Use the version of the logo that comes on a white box on blue or dark colored backgrounds

Don’t:

  • Modify the Mendability logo in any way, such as by changing the design or color. If you can’t use the correct color due to technical limitations, use black and white.

Film and Broadcast

Do:

  • Follow the general do’s and don’ts
  • Only use the Mendability logo to refer to:
    • Your presence on Mendability
    • Your implementation of Mendability on your website
    • Your product’s integration with Mendability such, as ‘For use with Mendability’
    • Content that originates from Facebook
  • Include a clear call to action that communicates your use of Mendability, unless the Mendability logo is side-by-side with other social media logos
  • Use the version of the logo that comes with a blue box on white or light colored backgrounds
  • Use the version of the logo that comes on a white box on blue or dark colored backgrounds
  • Request permission before you use the Mendability logo in broadcast or film
    • What to include with your request:
      • The portion of the commercial, film, program or storyboard that references Mendability
      • A script of the segment that references Mendability
      • A detailed synopsis of the commercial, film or program
      • A mock-up showing how the Mendability logo will be featured

Don’t:

  • Modify the Mendability logo in any way, such as by changing the design or color.
