Mendability is the creator and original telehealth service provider of Sensory Enrichment Therapy™.
Since 2011, Mendability has helped over 3,000 families in over 60 countries.
Mendability has helped my 5 yo boy and I would highly recommend this breakthrough multisensory therapy to parents. I was very encouraged after getting moral support from a wonderful friend whose son has made huge stride with Mendability. Through Mendability, my boy has made nice gains in learning ability and self-awareness. I am looking forward to seeing him progress further on. -- Chai Hong Lai

Even though we are in the very early stages of this therapy, we have noticed quite a few gains with our son
Even though we are in the very early stages of this therapy (moving into the third month), we have noticed quite a few gains with our son. He is much calmer and self-regulating better; has improved receptive language; is making clearer sounds and more sounds on demand; overcoming certain sensory challenges (eg eating new foods and experimenting with different textures); improvements in temperature regulation; more play skills and interest in activities (such as sorting objects by shape, texture, colour etc and puzzles) and improved fine motor / gross motor skills. Look forward to more gains with Mendability! -- Jelena Kragovic

SLEEP goal is met!!!
I started 2 weeks ago with my 5-year-old daughter Grace with autism. The three goals I have are to improve sleep, speech, and focus. SLEEP goal is met!!! Before we started she would usually not fall asleep until 11 pm, put in bed by 9 and wake up anywhere between 3-5. That happened AT LEAST 4 nights a week. Now she falls asleep within in 5 minutes of putting her in bed usually before 9 and wakes up between 7-8!!! I can't wait to continue and see what else she improves on!!! -- Emily Fell

I cannot say enough about the effectiveness of Mendability!
I cannot say enough about the effectiveness of Mendability! My son has been doing this program for over a year and I have no intention of stopping, as he progresses in so many ways each month. When we started it felt like suddenly you are not alone, there is a support network who understands and has answers; you have comforting, easy "games" targeted to your child's needs; they awaken interest, strengths and the sense of success in your child, as well as your relationship with your child - it is no longer love alone but creativity and accomplishment, that you offer your child. It is non-stressful, done in the comfort of your own home, without the need to spend a lot of money in hopes that someone else will provide the key, you will, with the help of the Mendability family committed to each child. The people behind Mendability are passionately committed to helping your child. They respond to your questions, needs, and concerns with calm, easy to provide suggestions. They are putting the answers to our children's' needs within the reach of everyone, the cost of the program and the items you need are minimal. It is truly as it should be; easy to access and affording all parents the opportunity to be the ones who provide the help their children need as well as the opportunity to rejoice in the successes. God bless the love, skill and devotion Claudie, Kim and the entire Mendablity family offer our children. My son and our entire family benefit greatly from a natural home focused, home driven program, thank you! Do not waste a moment, try this program and see how much fun it is to find the joy in your child's accomplishments! -- Ada Maria Coulouras

I have witnessed tremendous gains by the children on my case load
I have worked as a Special Educator for over 15 years and with children in Early Intervention (Birth through Three) for the past 11 years. A few months ago, I was privileged to take the Sensory Enrichment Therapy Certification Course offered through Mendability. I have witnessed tremendous gains by the children on my case load who have been receiving Sensory Enrichment Therapy. Every family who has consistently applied the Mendability exercises has reported improvement in their child's receptive and expressive communication skills as well as increased attention and cognitive skills. "He is so much more aware!", one Mom exclaimed on a recent visit. (This child has suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder, but does not yet have a diagnosis). Indeed, I too was astonished about this child's rapid progress. He is now looking other's in the eyes and initiating interactions, greeting visitors spontaneously, using words to communicate his wants and needs, and finding enjoyment while interacting with his family members. He did none of this two months ago. Rather, this child wandered about aimlessly, did not use words, and showed little interest in others. Other children have made similar rapid improvements. I am extremely pleased with each of these children's progress as are the families. I highly recommend the Mendability Program and believe this is an excellent tool to assist families who have concerns about their children's development. I believe the key to the program's success is to consistently practice it, even though it may seem challenging at first to work it into your daily routine. Some of the children were reluctant at first to participate in some of the exercises, but every family who persisted has seen wonderful progress with their child. -- Teri Larson

The research is solid, the results are astounding
I am an Occupational Therapist and have been for the past 20 years. For about 10 years now I have been working in Early Intervention.
For the last several months I have been implementing Sensory Enrichment Therapy as a Mendability coach for the families of the birth to 3 year old children whom I am working with and I am hooked, a 100% true believer!
The children I work with have a variety of diagnosis and delays and almost every single one of the families who follows through with their Mendability exercises has seen a jump in their improvement in a variety of areas. From not sitting still to playing for 20 minutes, finally giving mom a kiss, not wanting to touch anything wet or gooey to painting himself, eating 2-3 foods only to mixing foods together and tasting everything offered, finally sleeping through the night, starting to use a neglected limb...I could go on and on. This is with children doing Mendability for less than 6 months.
These children were making some progress already, but with Mendability progress has jumped and appears to be occurring more rapidly. I believe almost every child can benefit from Mendability.
The research is solid, the results are astounding. If you have any doubts, you shouldn't. If you've been looking for what can help make the difference, this is it, go for it.

The great thing about Mendability is that it treats each child according to his/her needs
My grandchildren (boy 10, girl 8) are both on the autism spectrum but the issues they have are very different. My grandson always wanted to be social but didn't understand how conversation worked. He had a lot of echolalia (repeating lines he heard in movies/tv). He had a poor school experience and would have nothing to do with anything that he deemed "educational". He wouldn't even pick up a crayon or pencil. He was smart enough to know he was different and was very frustrated. My granddaughter, on the other hand, was locked in her own little world. She wouldn't make eye contact, didn't speak, only cried when she didn't get what she wanted. They both had multiple sensory issues that kept them from functioning well in the world. The great thing about Mendability is that it treats each child according to his/her needs. We have been on Mendability for two years and the improvement is wonderful! The exercises are simple, use household objects, don't take a lot of time, and are enjoyable. And they WORK! They may seem like small interventions, but they have powerful results. There are videos to show you how each exercise is done. The Mendability coaches are with you every step of the way and they pay attention to what is going on. All of this at a reasonable cost. And you can have up to four recipients on your plan for the same price. We have done other, much more expensive, therapies and while all are good in their own way, Mendability is the best. Affordable, personal, and proven. Turns out my grandson, who wouldn't pick up a pencil, is quite an artist! And my granddaughter is no longer locked in her own world and now interacts with everyone. I HIGHLY recommend this program! -- Sandi Lynn
